Rabbit Project

Name: Nabatanzi Hatia
Age: 12yrs
Class: P.6
School: St. Luke Nkumba Primary School

Meet Hatia, a spirited 12-year-old student from St. Luke Nkumba Primary School, filled with a passion for rabbits. Not only is she a dedicated member of the school’s project committee, but she’s also a true ambassador for these furry creatures.

Every morning, as she makes her way to school, Hatia carries along bundles of hay and fresh grass, eagerly sharing them with the rabbits in the school’s care. It’s a small gesture, but one that speaks volumes about her dedication and love for these animals.

Thanks to the school’s policy, every member of the project committee is given a DOE (Domestic Overriding Entity) to take home for raising. Hatia was thrilled to receive her own, envisioning a bright future where her home would be bustling with a colony of these charming creatures.

Dreaming big, Hatia sees herself as a future doctor, but her heart remains firmly devoted to her furry friends. She extends her heartfelt appreciation to Huyslinci for their initiative in providing the school with such an enriching project. On behalf of the committee, she pledges their unwavering commitment to ensuring the success and prosperity of the Rabbit Project.

With Hatia’s determination leading the way, there’s no doubt that this project will continue to flourish and bring joy to all involved. Huyslinci’s support has planted the seeds for a brighter future, not just for Hatia, but for her entire school community.
