Solar Technology & Youth Employability
HUYSLINCI is an Implementing Partner in SHINE, an EU co-funded initiative coordinated by Mundus. The project focuses on market-oriented vocational education and training centred on solar technology, green skills and employability.
Wakiso & Kamuli Districts
Work includes education, food security and nutrition, household income and savings, life and vocational skills, child rights and community capacity in Wakiso and Kamuli.
Kamuli / Balawoli & High-Risk Communities
The project addresses child labour risks through community awareness, education support, child protection structures, monitoring and policy engagement in Kamuli/Balawoli and other identified high-risk communities.
African–European Collaboration (Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia)
YCAN strengthens youth organizations in Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia through climate education, advocacy, green skills, youth-led initiatives, mobility and African–European collaboration.
Applied Trades & Apprenticeship
HUYSLINCI’s vocational work includes tailoring, catering, hairdressing, ICT and solar installation, together with practical sessions, career guidance, apprenticeships and learner support.

Ensuring child protection, integrity, and non-exploitative engagement across every program.
HUYSLINCI works with children and young people. Volunteers must follow HUYSLINCI’s safeguarding, child-protection, confidentiality and professional-conduct requirements. Volunteers do not replace qualified staff and should not have unsupervised access to children.
